4. Payments and Refunds

Payments for digital products and project services are generally final unless otherwise required by law or agreed in writing.

Any cancellation terms for consulting sessions are communicated during booking.

5. Intellectual Property

HumanByte retains ownership of proprietary methods, frameworks, and tooling unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients receive agreed deliverables and usage rights as defined in project agreements.

• Deliverables may not be redistributed, resold, or sublicensed beyond agreed scope without written permission
• Any transfer of ownership or exclusive rights must be explicitly defined in the signed contract

6. Limitation of Liability

We strive to provide high-quality services, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted performance or outcomes. We are not liable for third-party platform changes, outages, or external provider issues beyond our control.

7. Privacy and Data Handling

Project system access is removed after project completion according to our data handling practices. Website analytics are currently processed via Vercel Analytics.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the services after updates means acceptance of the revised Terms.
