2.1. Notion Templates

  • Templates are provided as digital products and are non-refundable once purchased.
  • Customers may not redistribute, resell, or share our templates for commercial purposes.
  • We do not guarantee that Notion templates will remain fully functional if Notion changes its system structure.

2.2. Consultation Services

  • All consultation sessions must be scheduled in advance and are subject to availability.
  • We provide advice based on industry knowledge and tools like Notion, automation software, and productivity methods. However, we do not guarantee specific business results.
  • Any workspace access you provide to us (e.g., Notion workspaces) will be removed from our devices after the project closes.

2.3. Website Building & Graphic Design

  • Our website design services include layout creation, user experience design, and integrations based on client requests.
  • Revisions are included up to a specified number of times, as agreed upon before project initiation.
  • Once the final design or website is delivered and accepted, any further changes may incur additional fees.
  • Hosting and domain registration are the client's responsibility unless otherwise agreed upon in a separate contract.
  • We are not liable for third-party platform changes (e.g., CMS updates, hosting service disruptions).
  • Intellectual Property: We retain the right to showcase completed website and graphic design work in our portfolio unless explicitly requested otherwise by the client.

2.4. Website & Future Integrations

  • Our website may integrate Google Analytics to track visitor insights.
  • By using our website, you consent to the use of cookies and tracking for service improvement.

3. User Responsibilities

  • You must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent to use our services.
  • You agree not to misuse our services, including unauthorized data extraction, hacking, or unlawful activities.
  • You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide (e.g., contact details) is accurate.

4. Payments & Refund Policy

  • Payments for Notion templates, digital services, website building, and graphic design services are final—we do not offer refunds unless required by law.
  • For consultation services, cancellation policies will be outlined during booking.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All content on our website, including Notion templates, branding, and digital resources, is the property of HumanByte.
  • You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our Notion templates.
  • Unauthorized reproduction, resale, or public distribution of our materials is prohibited.
  • For graphic design projects, all raw files (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma files) remain our property unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Clients receive final deliverables for their intended use.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • We strive to provide high-quality Notion-based solutions, digital services, website design, and branding but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free functionality.
  • HumanByte is not responsible for data loss, system changes, or issues caused by Notion, third-party integrations, or automation tools.
  • We are not liable for business decisions, website downtime, or external hosting provider issues.

7. Privacy & Data Handling

  • Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect and use data.
  • Any Notion workspace data shared with us for project purposes will be deleted after project completion.
  • We use Google Analytics only for internal growth insights and do not sell analytics data.

8. Modifications to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

9. Dispute Resolution

  • In case of disputes, we encourage direct communication to resolve issues amicably.
  • If necessary, disputes will be handled under Swiss law, and any legal proceedings will take place in Basel, Switzerland.
