Open longer, with the same team.
ByteGate controls your shop door. When staff go home, registered customers can still come in, and you see every entry.
Open when your customers need you.
ByteGate controls your shop door. When staff go home, registered customers can still come in. Open in the evening, at night, or around the clock.
Three parts, one flow.
That is all the technology there is. Your customers carry the key on their phone, a small device sits at the door, and you see everything in the dashboard.
- 1Your customer opens the app and the code appears.
- 2She holds it to the scanner.
- 3The door opens. The display says “Welcome, Anna!”
- 4The entry shows up in your dashboard right away.
Every entry, live on your phone.
The dashboard shows who comes and goes. People who look after the shop, like cleaners, the shop manager or suppliers’ drivers, go on your whitelist: they get in at any time and stay out of the Sentinel report.
- Open the door remotely, for example for a delivery
- Look up any entry or refused attempt by day and time
- All your shops in one dashboard
You decide who gets in, and when.
Before the door opens, ByteGate checks two things: is this person allowed in? And is the shop open right now? You set both, and change them any time from your phone.
- Opening hours switch on and off by themselves
- Add or remove people at any time
- Block someone once, and every shop is closed to them within a few minutes
Three lists. Everyone is on exactly one.
With every code, ByteGate knows which group the person belongs to. That decides whether the door opens and whether the entry is checked in the Sentinel report.
- At the door
- Gets in at any time, also outside opening hours.
- In the Sentinel report
- Left out. Not buying anything never raises a flag.
- How someone gets on it
- You add the person in the dashboard.
- At the door
- Gets in during opening hours.
- In the Sentinel report
- Every entry is matched against payments overnight.
- How someone gets on it
- Automatically, as soon as they sign up in your app.
- At the door
- The door stays shut, in all your shops.
- In the dashboard
- You see refused attempts with the time.
- How someone gets on it
- One click in the dashboard. Active within a few minutes.
You move someone from one list to another with one click, for example when you change cleaning company.
Each morning you know how the night went.
Overnight, Sentinel matches every entry against the payments at the till. Each morning you get a short report: only what stands out, with the matching camera window.
Only what stands out, not every entry. Sentinel does not link people to payments.
Keeps running when something fails.
Customers who are already registered still get in. New customers need the internet to sign up, so the system watches the connection all the time and catches up on the log once it is back.
Updates arrive automatically, no technician on site. If there is a problem, the door switches back to the previous version by itself.
Our support team in Basel helps online with everything we run: door, app and Sentinel.
