Sub-Processors
The service providers that process personal data on behalf of our customers when they use ByteGate, ByteKey, and Sentinel.

Twilio: Sends the SMS login codes of the ByteKey app. Location: United States.
Supabase: Stores member data. Location: EU West (Ireland).
Cloudflare, Inc.: Runs the backend processing and the network for our services. Location: global network.
Sentinel, our optional night check, runs on the same infrastructure as our services and does not send data to additional providers.
We inform our customers at least 30 days before we add or replace a sub-processor. Questions: info@humanbyte.ch.
